Sea-cuterie boards and platters
We offer sea-cuterie boards by pre-order for take-away at our retail store. These sea-cuterie boards boast a variety of our local seafood highlights and pairings, including cold-smoked and hot-smoked salmon, cold smoked tuna, candied sablefish and spring salmon, salmon pepperoni, marinated olives, smoked salmon cream cheese spread and assorted dips, salmon devilled eggs, steamed shellfish, shrimpmeat and more. These sea-cuterie boards are made to order and can be prepared for your specific needs (allergies, etc). We pack these sea-cuterie boards in pizza-style boxes for easy take-away, but if you have a specific platter at home you would like to use, bring it in when you place your order and we can assemble it on your own platter and wrap it up for transport. We offer two standard sizes of our sea-cuterie boards, a smaller size (12” pizza box) that serves roughly 2-4 people and a larger size (14” pizza box) that serves roughly 6-8 people. The smaller size is priced at $120 and the larger size is priced at $180. Customizations will come at added charges, depending on the cost of the product added. Sea-cuteries must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive a call from our staff to take your credit card info (required to reserve your board) and confirm your order has been placed (we will not ring through your card until pickup unless requested). Have a specific vision for a seafood platter? We offer custom platters with lobsters, crabs, prawns, caviar and accompaniments, tuna, smoked fish, accoutrements, etc. Custom platters are priced per order, and we can provide you with an estimate when you place your order. Custom platter orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. *Please note that custom platter orders cannot be processed online. Please drop by our retail counter or give us a call at (250)-383-7760 to place an order for a custom platter.
