BBQ Oysters, Viking Bay Style
Using either a BBQ, oven or outside grill:
Place Oysters cup side down on grill, and cook on moderate heat.
Allow oysters to open slightly.
Remove and open shell using gloves and shucking knife.
Remove meat from the shell, retaining flat top shell.
Place spinach in shell, replace meat and cover with
mozarella cheese and your favorite hot sauce.
Replace the top shell and cook until cheese has melted.
