Finest At Sea Seafood Boutique is excited to announce a delivery of LIVE BC Green Sea Urchins! These local, wild sea urchins are sweet, with a buttery, smooth texture. Their flavour is reminiscent of the ocean, offering a briney and clean taste. Don't be intimidated by their spiny shells, the work is well worth it! Ask for a recipe today!
